Terms, Privacy, and Marketplace Rules
Last updated May 14, 2026
1. Platform Role
HireSafari provides software, intake, dispatch, tracking, documentation, communication, invoice, and payment workflow tools for local service companies and customers. HireSafari does not perform AC repair, HVAC work, plumbing, electrical work, or other regulated trade services directly.
Service work is performed by independent local service providers or partner companies. Those providers are responsible for their own work, licenses, insurance, permits, pricing, safety practices, employees, subcontractors, and legal compliance.
2. Marketplace Partner Requirements
To receive HireSafari marketplace jobs, partner companies must provide accurate company, license, service area, and insurance information when required by law or requested by HireSafari.
- Marketplace partners must be licensed and insured where applicable.
- Partners must keep license and insurance information current.
- Partners must only accept jobs they are legally and operationally qualified to perform.
- Partners must comply with local, state, and federal rules for their trade and service area.
- HireSafari may approve, pause, block, or remove a marketplace partner at its discretion.
Companies using HireSafari only for their own private dispatch operations are still responsible for complying with licensing, insurance, consumer protection, tax, employment, and trade rules that apply to them.
3. Customer Requests and Independent Providers
Customers can submit service requests through HireSafari or a company-branded page powered by HireSafari. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance, timing, availability, pricing, diagnosis, repair outcome, warranty coverage, or emergency response.
If a job is assigned to a partner company, that partner is responsible for communicating with the customer, performing the work, documenting the work truthfully, and resolving service issues within the scope of its own policies and legal obligations.
4. Payments, Invoices, and Platform Fees
HireSafari may support deposits, diagnostic fees, invoices, customer approvals, payment links, and marketplace fees. Payment availability depends on the configured payment provider and the company or partner account.
Marketplace partners may owe HireSafari a completed-job fee or other agreed platform fee for jobs generated or routed by HireSafari. Partners may not bypass HireSafari payment, tracking, or documentation workflows for marketplace jobs unless HireSafari approves an exception.
5. Job Documentation and AI Assistance
HireSafari may help collect photos, videos, notes, diagnosis details, repair summaries, parts, invoice notes, customer explanations, and service history. Partners must ensure that job documentation is accurate and does not misrepresent work performed.
AI features are assistive only. AI summaries, checklists, warnings, invoice notes, and customer explanations do not replace licensed professional judgment, code requirements, safety rules, or the responsibility of the service provider performing the work.
6. Privacy and Data Use
HireSafari collects information needed to operate the platform, including account details, contact information, service requests, job notes, uploaded media, status updates, invoices, payment references, and job-scoped location updates when a technician enables them.
- Customer personal information is used to coordinate and document service.
- Contractor and partner information is used to operate accounts, dispatch jobs, and manage marketplace participation.
- Job media and records may be used to provide service history, invoice support, quality control, and platform improvement.
- HireSafari may use anonymized or aggregated operational data to improve the platform and AI assistance.
- HireSafari does not sell customer personal information as a standalone data product.
7. Technician Location
Location tracking should be job-scoped and consent-based. HireSafari may store approximate technician location after a technician chooses to share it for a specific service visit, such as when marking a job en route. Companies and technicians are responsible for using location features lawfully and transparently.
8. Prohibited Uses
- Submitting false customer, company, license, insurance, invoice, or job information.
- Using HireSafari to offer services that are illegal or require credentials the provider does not hold.
- Taking HireSafari marketplace leads off-platform to avoid agreed fees or documentation.
- Uploading unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Attempting to access another customer, company, or partner account without permission.
9. Account Actions
HireSafari may review, pause, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, listings, requests, partner access, or marketplace participation to protect customers, comply with law, enforce these terms, manage fraud risk, or preserve platform integrity.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
HireSafari provides the platform as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, HireSafari is not responsible for independent provider workmanship, professional advice, code compliance, permits, damages caused by providers, provider availability, customer disputes, or outcomes of service work.
11. Updates and Contact
HireSafari may update these terms and privacy notices as the product evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.
